Joe received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University. He is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Medicine, where he obtained his Physician Assistant degree in 1997. Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, he is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery.
